What Support Can Help With

  • Account access and magic-link sign-in issues.
  • Organization access, invites, roles, and profile settings.
  • Billing, subscriptions, Stripe checkout, and billing portal issues.
  • Vorthra Record creation, uploads, URLs, processing status, and public pages.
  • QR code, badge, and PDF generation issues.
  • API key setup, revocation, scopes, and authentication failures.
  • Plan limits, feature access, audit logs, and analytics availability.

Information To Include

Please include enough context for us to investigate quickly.

  • Your account email.
  • Organization name or slug.
  • Your role in the organization, if known.
  • Public Vorthra Record URL or Vorthra Record ID, if relevant.
  • API key prefix, if relevant. Do not send raw API keys.
  • Billing plan and Stripe checkout context, if relevant.
  • Steps to reproduce, screenshots, browser, operating system, and approximate time.

Security And Abuse Reports

Send vulnerability reports to security@vorthra.com and abuse reports to abuse@vorthra.com.

Do not access, modify, delete, or exfiltrate data that is not yours. Do not publicly disclose security issues before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

What Support Cannot Do

A Vorthra Record proves that a verified person created a Digital Record for a specific version of a file at a recorded point in time. A Vorthra Record does not prove authorship, factual truth, legality, who physically created the content, official status, copyright ownership, license scope, consent validity, or legal enforceability.

  • Provide legal advice.
  • Confirm copyright ownership or license validity.
  • Guarantee that a Vorthra Record will be accepted as evidence.
  • Recover raw API keys.
  • Reveal private information from another account or organization.
  • Bypass organization roles, owner permissions, billing, plan limits, or feature gates.
