Purpose
Vorthra helps users and organizations create permanent, publicly verifiable Vorthra Records for digital content. Because records can be public, durable, shareable, and connected to an identified person or organization, users must only create records they are entitled to record and publish.
Legal Confirmation Requirement
Before creating a Vorthra Record, Vorthra requires an explicit legal confirmation:
I confirm that I am the verified person and legally confirm this content.
You must not create a record unless you have all rights, licenses, permissions, consents, and authority required to submit the file or URL and publish the resulting Vorthra Record.
A Vorthra Record proves that a verified person created a Digital Record for a specific version of a file at a recorded point in time. A Vorthra Record does not prove authorship, factual truth, legality, who physically created the content, official status, copyright ownership, license scope, consent validity, or legal enforceability.
Prohibited Content
- Content that violates any law or regulation.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights.
- Content you do not own, control, license, or have authority to verify.
- Misleading, fraudulent, forged, or deceptive Vorthra Records.
- Malware, exploit code, credential theft, phishing, or harmful software.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or exploitative content.
- Harassment, stalking, doxxing, threats, or targeted abuse.
- Private or sensitive personal information published without lawful authority.
Public Record Misuse
Public Vorthra Records are intentionally public. You must not use public records to harass a person, expose private information, imply that Vorthra legally certified ownership or truth, create fake endorsements, impersonate another party, or mislead viewers about consent or what the Vorthra Record proves.
API And Automation
- Keep API keys secret and revoke exposed keys immediately.
- Respect plan limits, upload limits, seat limits, and rate limits.
- Do not scrape, bulk harvest, or abuse public or private endpoints.
- Do not bypass billing, authentication, authorization, quotas, or access controls.
- Ensure automated record creation complies with this policy.
Enforcement And Reporting
We may remove or restrict records, revoke API keys, suspend users, suspend organizations, preserve records for legal or security reasons, or terminate access when this policy is violated.
